-i should have posted this the first time.

ATTENTION!!! in order to obtain Thick Window Borders you must select 7 in the "Active Window Border", which can be found in the "Advanced" selection after you select Longhorn RMX. Once Window Border setting has been complete, then you may apply the Visual style.
