I THINK IS HAS A VIRUS ON IT, LIKE YOUR NAME.. EVERYTIME I APPLY THIS THEME, SOMETIMES I ENCOUNTERED EXCESSIVE RAM CONSUMPTION, LIKE IT HOGS MY SYSTEM MEMORY. SOMEWHAT LIKE AUTO REFRESHING. BE CAREFUL INSTALLING THIS, CHECK IT FIRST.

Now that's what I'm talking about, young player--Latinos representing!

In all seriousness though, Alberto, your Visual Style for WinXP is the shiznit. I bullsh*t you not, dawg! It complements my themes just right: "Vistafox 1," "Vista Black Beta," and "Vista Firefox 2 Beta" look real good in QueVista 4.

I really like this visual style. However, I have spotted two little imperfections that I'd love to see fixed. First of all, as mentioned before, the image before 'Turn Off Computer' in the start menu is not spaced or sized correctly. There is a noticeable column of gray space between the image and the text. I've also noticed on windows such as My Documents in the common tasks pane, under 'File and Folder Tasks' and 'Other Places' and 'Details', there is a 1px tall fairly short horizontal black line in the background image. I fixed this by replacing the bmp using reshacker after removing the small black line in paint. I hope to see these two bugs fixed soon. Otherwise it's perfect :-)

Becuase you need to apply LS Patch to remove the Logoff and Shutdown Computer/Turn off Computer Text so that the Buttons come closer together.

if you will use LS Patch be warned if you don't have WinXP US-English SP2 then it might cause some problems with your "explorer.exe" if you do encounter it then. DON'T turn off your computer and instead open Taskmanager (ctrl + Alt + Delete) and click new task go to the Windows Directory and find the back up of "Explorer.exe" im not so sure what it was renamed to, but you will find it for sure.. im not trying to scare you but this MIGHT happen. Also LS Patch is not my Work, iv just included it with my Theme. oh..wait.. i din't read the Title of the Deviation its the "no LS Patch" this should not require LS Patch...are you sure you downloaded the right one?? The QueVista that you downloaded should have the Same startmenu as the Preview.. if not then download it again....sorry for any misunderstanding

Well then my friend the only fix for you is to either Patch your Explorer.exe, not use this Vs OR live with the issue. I am really not sure y you are having problems with the NON LS Patch version it should appear correctly. sorry

This style is really great. I love it. There's just one thing. Let me show you a screenshot of my desktop.

As you can see, I usually have many programs and windows open, so I like to have the taskbar stretched up. It really bothers my eye when the bottom of the start button gets cut off. Would it be possible for you to fix it? Thanks.

well as far as i know the Startbutton can only be 98 pixels tall so thats why we need VistaStart or Unlocked taskbar to fill in what cut off of the Top Taskbar. so im sorry that is an issue we cannot solve.

Fantastic style.. I like very much.
I have tried to change the image in the start menu, where you show a guy photo going to User accounts in Control Panel but does not let me add an image, remains black.
It is possible to do it? I am using the non-patched and StyleXP.
Thanks

hm..that is strange. try using one of the Default Pictures from XP.. maybe its the size or format that s not letting you see your user picture

it installs automatically man... all you need is StyleXP or a Patched.. uxtheme.dll so you can use non-Microsoft Visual Styles..

very nice, only one distinct flaw from that screenshot. Either you need to tweak the start menu graphic or recalculate the sizing margins cause the misalignment is very obvious.

Excellent! I liked your QueVista VS, but I couldn't stand the patching explorer.exe issue... This no LS Patch version of your VS is just perfect to me :D
